Orders & Shipping
• How long will it take to receive my order?
Every piece of gear is custom-made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your item ships. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.
• Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we move quickly into the production phase to get your gear to the water, changes or cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placement. Once an item has entered production, we are unable to make adjustments or stop the process.
Sizing & Fit
• How do I know which size to order?
We urge all customers to consult the Size Chart located on each product page before placing an order. Because we use various premium garment manufacturers for our Heritage Series, fit can vary between items (e.g., athletic vs. relaxed).
• What if I am between sizes?
If you are unsure, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, but the measurements on our charts are the most accurate way to ensure your gear fits perfectly the first time.
Returns & Exchanges
• What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy.
• What if my item is damaged or defective?
If there is a legitimate production defect or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include a clear photo of the issue so we can arrange for a replacement immediately.
Gear Care
• How should I wash my DRFT apparel?
To preserve the print and fabric, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. This ensures your gear stays in "river-ready" condition for years to come.
